Drs. Elizabeth Allmendinger and Stephanie Nishek have been working as a team since 2016 and have a combined 21 years of experience as Naturopathic Doctors.
True North Health is the product of their commitment to the growth and development of Naturopathic and Integrative Healthcare in central North Dakota.
Dr. Elizabeth Allmendinger, ND
Dr. Allmendinger is a North Dakota native from Hazen. She attended NDSU for Dietetics and Pre Medicine and continued her education at Bastyr University near Seattle, WA where she received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and her Masters in Acupuncture.
Dr. Nishek is a North Dakota native. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree, in General Biology (UND, 2006) and a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree (SCNM/Sonoran University 2010).
